At Commerja-X, we provide professional consulting and advisory services. All fees are charged for services rendered, including research, analysis, and facilitation support.
Refunds:
- Refunds are considered only in cases where the service was not delivered as agreed.
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the service delivery or invoice date.
- To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your invoice number and details of the issue.
- Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and if approved, processed within 7–10 business days.
Note: Once advisory reports, research, or other deliverables are provided, fees are generally non-refundable, as services have been completed.
